Fundraising
The Auxiliary also organizes and coordinates optional fundraising activities to provide
funding for student programs and teacher appreciation activities. Participation is purely
voluntary, but encouraged.

Merchandise Certificates: Your purchase of a wide variety of gift / merchandise certificates through this program has funded the Camp Joy Outdoor Education program for seventh and eighth graders, professional development for teachers, and has purchased interactive whiteboards and document projectors for the classrooms.

It's easy to participate. Simply review the more than 50 different certificates available and purchase the certificates at face value. The school makes money because we buy these certificates at a discount. The percentage discount made for each type of certificate is highlighted on the certificate form. Certificates are available weekly on Wednesdays through the Wednesday envelope or upon request from the Merchandise Certificate committee.

Consumer Product Survey

Take 10 to 30 minutes to complete an in-person product survey and help our school.
Once each year, traditionally in the Fall, parents are asked to participate in a product survey
for food, cleaning, or some other consumer product. This in-person sampling / survey on-site at
school takes just a few minutes and your volunteer survey fees is given to the school for
programs and activities.

Ladies Fall Event

Each autumn the mothers, grandmothers, parishioners, and friends gather for an evening
of food, fun, and entertainment.
